Lacanche Before and After Cleaning

A VERY old Lacanche, (French, hand made, beautiful, and rather expensive!), given a new lease of life to the delight of a very happy customer.

The hob burners/caps were unfortunately beyond any amount of cleaning after years of cooking debris being burnt into the surface. However, as explained to the customer, these are replaceable.
