I did an oven clean for a radio presenter this week. She has a show on Blyth Valley Community Radio who are based in Southwold. She was telling me just how much she enjoys her job and most of all how she likes to interview guests on her show. She was full of enthusiasm for her job which is nice to see.
I too have the same kind of joy after cleaning ovens and seeing the delight on my customer’s faces when their ovens look sparkling and new again. It’s always good to enjoy what you do and take pride in it as I think it makes for a better job and you work harder to please your customers.
The Radio Station is Blyth 105 FM and you can stream their broadcasts’ on the internet by going to their website at http://www.blythvalleycommunityradio.co.uk/
Blyth 105 FM have lots of information on the site about all kind of local events such as art festivals and charity cycle rides and also details about the music they are playing for listeners in and around Southwold.
On the Blyth 105 FM Site there is also information about local businesses, organisations and clubs for local people to attend and use.
Patrons of Blyth 105 FM include Ken Dodd and Roy Hudd.
I listen to Blyth 105 FM when I am in the area and listened to a well known song on the way to clean the presenter’s oven – “Last night a DJ saved my life”. This time though it was a case of “Last night I saved a DJ’s Cooker”.
